Rick Brown is the managing principal of  SIMPSONBROWN and works out of the firm’s Indianapolis office.  Previously, Rick was a founding partner with the executive search firm Kessler Advisor.  His corporate experience includes roles as Vice President Human Resources for Budget Group, Inc, and senior Human Resource leadership roles with the Pepsi-Cola Company and CVS.

Rick’s client base has included such blue chip companies as WhiteWave Foods, Cott Beverage Company, Aramark, AOL Media Group, Ingersoll Rand, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Nokia USA, InfoSpace, Denny’s and Olympus USA.

Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and a Masters of Science degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Rick and his family reside in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he serves on the Board of Directors for a not for profit organization and is active in the community supporting the arts.
